By Road from London:

From the M3, exit at Junction 14 (to the M27 - it is signposted M27 West, Bournemouth). Continue on the M27 until junction M27/J1 and proceed straight ahead onto the A31. Continue on the A31 and you should enter Ringwood, carry on straight until you get to the Ashley Heath roundabout and then take the first exit onto the A338. Proceed to the first roundabout (St. Paul's Roundabout), go straight across (2nd exit) onto Wessex Way. Take first sliproad exit to the Richmond Hill Roundabout, and the first left onto Richmond Hill. Take the first left into Richmond Gardens. FirstAssist is the second business premises on the left., opposite the NCP Car Park entrance.

By Road from Plymouth:

Follow the A35 right into Bournemouth and once you reach the County Gates Gyratory (roundabout) keep left and follow the signs for Bournemouth Town Centre. At Bournemouth West Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Wessex Way - A338. Continue along Wessex Way to the next exit which is Richmond Hill Roundabout. Take the 3rd exit onto Richmond Hill. Take the first left into Richmond Gardens. FirstAssist is the second business premises on the left, opposite the NCP Car Park entrance.

By Train:

Bournemouth train station is approximately 1 mile away from the FirstAssist office and a 5 minutes drive / taxi journey.

By Air:

Nearest airport is Bournemouth - Ryanair fly from Dublin and Glasgow to Bournemouth. Alternatively there is Southampton airport - Approx 45 minutes by road, taxi £45.
